Holy shit - Crysis (Nov, 16th, 07)

I got Crysis recently. It's so awesome. Everything about it. The only thing that is slightly less awesome than the rest of it is the ending. Some people are saying that it 'pulled a Halo 2', but that's just silly and implying that Halo invented the cliffhanger.

During the Korean soldier part of the game, I was getting really sick of all the soldiers. My advice is to enjoy it while it lasts, it's much more fun than the Alien half. All in all I'm going to have to go with PC Gamer and give it a 98/100. Everything was awesome, gameplay, graphics (I sacrificed graphics for fps *tear), plot immersion, all of it. My only regret is that I didn't wait for my new CPU to play it on (X2 6000+) as I'm sure the experience would have been much more worth while. Oh well there's always replay value and multiplayer.

And with that, I say, if you don't have the game, get it. If you can't run it, upgrade. It's 100x better than any other game. It could be described as 'epic', but I sincerely hate the overuse of that word on the internet.
